Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie release first joint statement agreeing to seal divorce documents

         Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie released their first joint statement Monday night.The estranged couple has agreed to seal all court documents pertaining to their divorce in order to protect their six children."The parties and their counsel have signed agreements to preserve the privacy rights of their children and family by keeping all court documents confidential and engaging a private judge to make any necessary legal decisions and to facilitate the expeditious resolution of any remaining issues. The parents are committed to act as a united front to effectuate recovery and reunification," the couple said in a statement obtained by CNN.Jolie and Pitt have been in the midst of a public divorce and custody battle over their children. Jolie is seeking physical custody, while Pitt has requested joint custody.The statement comes one month after Pitt was denied an emergency hearing in which he was attempting to have a judge seal all of their documents and proceedings to protect the privacy of their children and "avoid subjecting them to the negative impact of the intense media coverage and worldwide public scrutiny."At the time, Jolie's camp claimed Pitt's request was an effort to "shield himself, rather than the minor children, from public view," according to documents.Most recently, Pitt filed additional court documents in which he said his wife was "determined to ignore even agreed upon standards relating to the children's best interest." He also said Jolie had "no self-regulating mechanism" when it came to protecting their kids.Pitt and Jolie are currently following an informal custody arrangement in which Jolie retains physical custody and Pitt is given supervised visits.

Brad Pitt has 'cordial,' supervised Christmas visit with his children

            Brad Pitt was joined by a new guest this Christmas — his kids' therapist.The actor — who was previously worried about seeing his six children for Christmas — was able to have a "cordial" visit with the brood in order to exchange gifts, multiple sources tell Us Weekly."(Brad) gave them presents and it was cordial," a source told the mag.Present for the holiday gathering was the therapist to Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne, who is ordered to sit in on Pitt's visits as part of his temporary custody agreement with estranged wife Angelina Jolie.Under the terms of the agreement, Jolie has been granted full physical custody, while Pitt could only see the children once a therapist deems it appropriate. The "Fight Club" star has been battling his former love for custody and has even accused her of jeopardizing the kids' privacy by making details of their custody arrangement public.Pitt claims the "Maleficent" actress has "no self-regulating mechanism" when it comes to releasing information about their children, adding she doesn't have their best interests in mind.Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt on Sept. 19, citing "irreconcilable differences."

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Sell New Orleans Home for $4.9 Million Amid Divorce

           Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have sold their home in New Orleans, Louisiana amid their ongoing divorce.The 7,645 square foot property was bought up for $4.9 million, according to documents filed with the Land Records Division of the Orleans Parish Clerk of Court’s Office via The Hollywood Reporter on Friday.The former couple first listed their French Quarter real estate for $6.5 million in May 2015. At the time, a rep for Jolie and Pitt told PEOPLE they were selling it in order to look for something “more off the beaten path.Jolie, 41, and Pitt, 52, purchased the 1830s-era mansion for $3.5 million in later 2006 after Hurricane Katrina. Following the natural disaster, the actor created the Make It Right Foundation to foster new housing developments in the Lower 9th Ward neighborhood.The three-story home features five bedrooms, three bathrooms and two half-baths with Venetian plastered walls, marble mantles and fireplaces, crown moldings, a chef’s gourmet kitchen, a grand spiral staircase and an elevator. In addition there is a separate two-story guesthouse.On Sept. 19, Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt in a Los Angeles court, stating the date of separation as Sept. 15. The former couple had been together since 2004 and are parents to six children: Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.Together Jolie and Pitt also own a sprawling 5,300-square-foot home in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz neighborhood, the 1,200-acre Chateau Miraval villa in Correns, France and an apartment in New York City’s Waldorf Astoria Towers.

Inside scoop on Angelina Jolie’s four-hour FBI Interview

             Angelina Jolie was reportedly interviewed by the FBI inside her rented home in Los Angels in October 18. This interview lasted for four hours and was reported to be about Brad Pitt's behavior inside their private jet on September 14.A source said that the agents wanted a blow-by-blow account of what exactly happened from the time the plane took off to the time it landed.  The source further revealed that the FBI is looking into possible charges of assault.Radar Online reported the four-hour investigation and said that Angelina completely cooperated with the FBI.It was also reported that the FBI are not the only ones investigating Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. The Department of Children and Family Services of Los Angeles County were also reported to be looking into abuse allegations. Due to the ongoing allegations, the DCFS has decided to extend the then Hollywood power couple's temporary parenting plan. The plan was actually set to expire October 20.Under the temporary parenting plan, all of their six children will continue to live with their mother while their dad will be allowed to visit. Brad Pitt was said to be seeking joint physical custody of his children.  A source said that Pitt is holding off on responding to the divorce petition to avoid facing Jolie in court.US Weekly further reported that the investigation would likely continue till next year. This is because of statements gathered from witnesses at the tarmac; this included crew from Nice, France to Burbank, California. As soon as the investigations are done, the agents will present the case to the prosecutor and this will be evaluated whether a case could be brought against Brad Pitt.Angelina Jolie filed for a divorce from Brad Pitt on September 21 and cited "irreconcilable differences." The "Maleficent" actress said that Pitt became verbally and physically abusive with his son Maddox during the flight.  The actor's camp denies all the allegations.

           Au revoir! Estranged couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are saying goodbye to Château Miraval, their expansive estate and vineyard in the village of Correns, France. Multiple sources tell Us Weekly that the pair have put the home up for sale following Jolie’s September 19 divorce filing.“The home has been valued and is going on the market any day now,” an insider tells Us, adding that changes will be made to Jolie and Pitt’s line of rosé, which is created at Château Miraval’s prize-winning vineyards.The insider adds: “It currently says 'Jolie-Pitt' on the Château Miraval bottles, and the next season's batch will have a new reprinted label with no names written on it.”Another source tells Us that Brangelina is planning to sell all of their joint property in the wake of their breakup.The Fight Club hunk, 52, and the Academy Award–winning actress, 41, purchased Château Miraval in 2012 for an estimated $60 million and tied the knot there on August 23, 2014. The 1,200-acre property boasts 35 rooms and features pine forests, olive groves, terraced hillsides, working vineyards, a private lake and, yes, even a moat.As previously reported, Jolie filed divorce documents last month, citing irreconcilable differences and requesting sole physical custody of her and Pitt’s six children, Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, and Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.The Maleficent star and her brood are currently living in a rental house in Los Angeles. “It is a five-bedroom, 4,400-square-foot bluff-top estate with a private path that leads to the beach," an insider confirmed to Us on September 24. The temporary home is also outfitted with a “lagoon-style heated pool, ocean views, media room, in-home theater, gourmet kitchen, separate guest house with bedroom, bath and gym, spacious patios with ocean-view dining and entertainment space,” the source said.The family previously split their time between two homes Pitt owns in the L.A. area: a sprawling compound in Los Feliz and a 4,088-square-foot beachside house in Malibu.
