Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are going through private divorce negotiations just ten days after she filed for divorce after two years of marriage.The estranged couple are trying to come up with an agreement behind closed doors, which includes custody arrangements for Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne, People reports.In her divorce papers, Angelina requested joint legal custody but primary physical custody. A judge will reportedly have to sign off on any custody agreement that is decided between the two parties.

Angelina Jolie‘s lawyer has confirmed that she filed for divorce from Brad Pitt, her partner of 12 years and husband of 2 years.“This decision was made for the health of the family. She will not be commenting, and asks that the family be given its privacy at this time,” Robert Offer told Reuters.It was reported earlier in the day that Angelina filed for divorce on Monday (September 19), following “irreconcilable differences.” There have been allegations that the split came as a result of the way Brad was parenting the kids.Angelina and Brad were last seen out together back in July, for their twins birthday celebration.
