Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt couple up to attend the WSJ. Magazine 2015 Innovator Awards held at the Museum of Modern Art on Wednesday night (November 4) in New York City.The 40-year-old actress, who was also joined on the carpet by Robert De Niro, opens up about her marriage to Brad in a new interview.“It was just a nice thing. For me, the big moment was when [we] signed the [joint adoption] papers for Maddox and Zahara,” Angie told the NYT. “That was a decision to parent together, to commit to being a part of each other’s lives for the rest of my life. So [marriage] wasn’t close in comparison. In a way, it was very casual.” She added, “The ceremony was in France, but we had to do things legally in California. One day I was in the edit room, and [Brad] was doing something and an assistant said, ‘You have to sign some papers.’ So we came back and between meetings we were told, ‘Here’s your license.’ Then someone said, ‘The judge is outside.’ We both said, ‘What do you mean, the judge is outside?’ Then the judge came in, this lovely guy, and at some point, Brad said, ‘Shouldn’t we be standing up?’ The judge said, ‘No.’ Then suddenly we realized we were married, in the most unceremonial way possible.” FYI: Angelina is wearing a Tom Ford gown with Lorraine Schwartz jewels. Brad is wearing Zegna.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are opening up about their lives in a rare interview with legendary journalist Tom Brokaw, which aired on The Today Show on Monday morning (November 2).The 40-year-old actress and directer discussed how she used the same doctor to remove her ovaries who previously treated her late mother Marcheline Bertrand, who passed away in 2007.“We had some of the same nurses, some of the same doctors,” Angelina said. “So, the doctor that did my ovary surgery was my mother’s doctor. And apparently my mother had said to her, ‘Promise me you will take Angie’s ovaries out.’ So when we kind of got together, we both had a big cry, and she said, ‘I promised your mother, and I gotta do this.’”During the interview, Brad praised his wife’s bravery and courage.“There was no vanity to my wife’s approach,” Brad said. “It was mature. ‘This is our life and we’re gonna make the best of it.’ There was a strength in that. It was just another one of those things in life that makes you tighter, and she was doing it for the kids, and she was doing it for her family so we could be together.”

As artists we wanted something that took us out of our comfort zones. Just being raw actors. It's not the safest idea. I'm 40. Angelina Jolie did NOT forbid Brad Pitt from visiting the set of his movie The Lost City of Z because she’s convinced he’s “infatuated” with Sienna Miller, despite a new tabloid report. Gossip Cop can correct this story. We’re told it “never happened.”Pitt is producing the upcoming adventure movie, which co-stars Miller, Robert Pattinson and Charlie Hunnam. According to In Touch, Pitt recently told his wife that he planned to visit the set of his film in Northern Ireland, but Jolie, who is allegedly “consumed by jealousy,” refused to let him go. A so-called “source” tells the tabloid, “Angie told him flat out, ‘You’re not going.'” The magazine’s supposed “insider” also claims, “She’s heard Brad bring up Sienna’s name almost every day since the film went into production in August… Sienna really gets under [Jolie’s] skin.”The tabloid’s seemingly phony source further alleges an “explosive fight” broke out between the married couple. “Brad told her to let him do his job as a producer, and Angelina yelled that she didn’t want him near Sienna,” the questionable “insider” alleges, adding, “They barely talked for the next day.”Gossip Cop has repeatedly busted In Touch for stirring up nonexistent marital woes between Jolie and Pitt. Brad Pitt did NOT give Angelina Jolie a “divorce ultimatum,” despite a new tabloid cover story. Gossip Cop can debunk the allegation. We’re told the report is 100 percent “untrue.” The new issue of Star hit newsstands on Wednesday with a cover alleging Jolie’s supposed “anorexia” is “tearing [the] family apart,” leading Pitt to make a “tough-love decision” and demand the actress “get help.” The accompanying story further claims Jolie and Pitt’s marriage is “on the brink” after a “year of fighting.” This is what the magazine came up with after years of false reporting about the couple.Star regurgitates its previous claims about a supposed argument between Pitt and Jolie from nearly a year ago, with a “source” calling it “perhaps the most bitter fight they’ve ever had.” The “source” goes on to allege, “They’ve continued to battle in some form or another over her health issues and weight loss ever since.” Now Jolie is said to be “in the grips of a grave health crisis related to her long-standing food issues.”A so-called “insider” proclaims Jolie to be thinner than ever before and weighing an “all-time low of 83 lbs,” and Star says “the situation has gotten so out of control” that Pitt “has resorted to drastic measures to get her into treatment. Its “insider” alleges, “He’s tried for months to help her, and Brad is at the end of his rope. He told her if she doesn’t check into rehab for her eating disorder, he’s leaving and taking the kids with him.” Star even goes as far as citing a “family and marriage therapist,” who has NEVER worked with Jolie and Pitt, as proof that she’s not “setting the best example for her children.” The doctor also talks about Jolie’s “anorexia” without ever having met her. The tabloid then dramatically ends it story with the supposed “insider” saying, “Brad told her he doesn’t want their kids exposed to this situation any longer, and he’s not going to stand by and watch while the mother of his children kills herself.”It’s all very alarming… Star’s story, that is. The outlet has a shameful history of making up claims about the couple, and using Jolie’s health and body to do so is the true “all-time low.” A source close to the stars tells Gossip Cop the report is “totally untrue,” not to mention despicable.
