Angelina Jolie has joined YouTube in the latest celebrity to become a video star. Is she gunning for PewDiePie’s 100million subscribers? Not really, the 44-year-old actress has joined the platform to share some worthy pursuits she has outside of her Hollywood films. That and in a week she’s gained nearly 5,000, which is a tad behind Felix Kjellberg’s impressive following. The mother-of-six has already uploaded two videos of herself giving speeches: a Keynote Address at the 2019 General Assembly Ministerial Meeting and another Keynote Address at The Hollywood Reporter‘s Women in Entertainment gala in 2017. Her biography on the site is awfully formal, as it states: ‘After years of dedicated service to UNHCR and the cause of refugees, Angelina Jolie was appointed Special Envoy in April 2012.‘In her expanded role, Jolie focuses on major crises that result in mass population displacements, undertaking advocacy and representing UNHCR and the High Commissioner at the diplomatic level. ‘She also engages with decision-makers on global displacement issues. Through this work, she has helped contribute to the vital process of finding solutions for people forced to flee their homes.’ Alright, so she’s not going to be playing Minecraft or streaming a midnight Fortnite battle we suppose. It comes after the actress celebrated the announcements at Disney’s expo D23 over the weekend, as she prepared to star in Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Eternals. The story follows an ancient yet genetically-engineered species of humanity, the Eternals, which were created by the Celestials (that, remember, created the Infinity/Soul Stones), as they bid to protect the human race. According to JustJared, Angelina addressed the besotted crowd and told of her excitement to be joining the ranks.‘I’m so excited to be here! I think what it means to be a part of the MCU, what it means to be an Eternal, what it means to be in this family,’ she said. The mother-of-six added: ‘We’ve all read the script and we know what the task is and so we are going to work very, very hard.’

She recently waved goodbye to her son Maddox, who has jetted off to South Korea's Yonsei University where he'll study biochemistry.And Angelina Jolie has admitted in a new interview that she had to be consoled when she dropped off her eldest child, despite feeling immensely proud of his academic achievements.The A-list actress - who also raises children Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and 11-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne with her ex-husband Brad Pitt - said she was adjusting to life without him at home and empty nest syndrome hadn't quite set in yet.Discussing the life-changing event, she told OK! magazine: 'Yes, I cried. he was very sweet and gave me a big long hug. It's that transfer when they start taking care of you and making sure you're OK.' Angelina admitted she was 'really proud' of Maddox and 'excited about his choices' in life - but she couldn't promise she wouldn't be back on a plane to visit him within a few weeks.The star, who will return to our screens this autumn in Maleficent: Mistress Of Evil, said her six children are showing no signs of following her into acting, and they all have very diverse interests.She has been enjoying training for her new movies, which include Marvel's The Eternal, by getting involved in her kids' extra curricular classes.'My son Knox does some weapons [classes] and Viv does karate, so I've been jumping into all their classes', she said.'I'm the mum that keeps showing up! It's been fun and going to the gym together is really good'.In a video shared earlier this summer by jowonnn, who goes by xx_efu, she was fighting back tears when she dropped Maddox off at school.The Oscar-winning actress appeared emotional but proud as she agreed to be photographed with several students.Another fan who spoke with Jolie said Maddox is studying bio engineering and will be living in the dorms.When asked in the video how long she would be staying in Seoul, Jolie gripped her sunglasses and said, 'I leave today, today is the day that I drop him off.'The Salt actress then touched her chest as she looks as if she is about to burst into tears: 'I know, I'm trying not to cry.''Yes it's time, thank you very much, it seems like a great school,' Angelina told the crowd. Angelina Jolie is not being forced into rehab for alleged eating issues, despite a made-up tabloid report. The story is yet another weak attempt at attacking the actress’s physical and mental health. Gossip Cop can set the record straight.According to NW, Jolie is “traumatized” over her 18-year-old son Maddox going to college in South Korea, and equally disturbed at the thought of her younger five kids following suit and leaving home in the near future. “There’s nothing she can do about this and it’s left her crippled with anxiety,” an alleged source tells the outlet.The unreliable magazine says the so-called “devastation and desperation” Jolie is feeling has left her “refusing to eat and at her lowest weight yet.” The publication further maintains that the actress’s kids are terrified for her, as are her close friends, who’ve supposedly put her “on watch by a 24/7 medical team to ensure she’s getting enough nutrients into her body.”“Her medical team has put her in an outpatient program at a clinic in Los Angeles,” adds the questionable tipster. “She will be monitored there by dietitians and a psychologist, who are helping her with both her mental and physical well-being.”Naturally, the outlet also throws Brad Pitt into the equation, claiming the actress’s divorce battle with the actor has led to her alleged eating issues. “The stress is literally eating away at her body,” says the seemingly phony source. “If she loses any more weight… she may as well accept being force-fed through a tube or pick out a coffin now.”
The tabloid’s bogus story seems to have been written simply because a video emerged of the actress getting emotional while dropping her son off at school. Gossip Cop already debunked the notion that Jolie is “devastated” over Maddox leaving for college when RadarOnline peddled the same narrative last week. Several trustworthy celebrity news outlets have reported that the actress is very proud of her son. Entertainment Tonight even made a point of noting that Jolie “has encouraged him to travel nonstop, to learn many languages, and now has plans for him to go to university overseas.”Still, Gossip Cop checked in with an individual in Jolie’s camp, who assures us she hasn’t been forced into a rehab for eating issues, nor is anyone in her inner circle worried about her health. Unfortunately, NW has come up with countless variations of this fake narrative, despite the fact that the actress has been steadily working while raising six kids.In June, Gossip Cop busted the tabloid for falsely claiming doctors were warning Jolie to “eat or die.” Earlier that month, we called out the magazine for similarly alleging Jolie was risk for bone disease because she wasn’t eating. The publication has decided to rehash its phony storyline now that her son has left for college. It remains untrue and the actress isn’t having a breakdown over her kids growing older.

Angelina Jolie had some business to tend to in Long Beach on Monday, and she took her daughter Zahara along with her.The 44 year old actress and her 14 year old daughter were seen leaving an office building, walking hand in hand.The mother and daughter were all smiles as they went about their day together, just days after she dropped off her oldest child, Maddox, at college in South Korea.Jolie was wearing a flowing light brown kaftan dress with a dark brown wrap over her shoulders as she stepped out with her daughter.She was spotted wearing dark Aviator sunglasses with brown sandals as she left the office building.The Maleficent star was seen carrying a manila mail envelope that she clutched to her chest with a brown purse slung from her shoulder.Jolie's daughter Zahara wore a black dress under a black leather coat, with white low-top sneakers for her outing with mom.Zahara was born in Awasa, Ethiopia in January 2005, and adopted by Jolie six months later.Zahara was the third of three kids Jolie adopted, following Maddox, 18, from Camodia, and Pax, 15, from Vietnam.Her business excursion comes just days after she put in an appearance at Disney's D23 Convention in Anaheim, California, to promote Maleficent: Mistress of Evil.The actress dropped off Maddox at Yonsei University in Seoul last Wednesday, and she told ET on Saturday, revealing she's been 'ugly crying' ever since.'Oh my god, I have embarrass your children ugly cry!' she said, before adding that. 'I also, just at some point, had the big [sun]glasses and the amount of times I turned and waved. Angelina Jolie and two of her six kids, teens Pax and Shiloh, went shopping for shoes Sunday in Los Angeles.The 44-year-old actress-director donned a flowing white dress on the late summer day with Pax, 15, and Shiloh, 13, as the trio stepped out on the shopping excursion.Screen star Angelina - who's also mother to Maddox, 18, Zahara, 14, and 11-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne with ex-husband Brad Pitt - stepped out after admitting 'the last few years haven't been the easiest' at the Disney’s D23 Expo on Saturday. Angelina rounded out her ensemble with reflective sunglasses and brown sandals on the hot day in Southern California. The Maleficent actress had her lustrous brown mane down and parted as she carried a brown purse with a shoulder strap. Each of her children carried large tote bags, presumably containing their shoes.Pax donned a white long-sleeved top with Mickey Mouse emblazoned on it with black sweatpants and white sneakers.Shiloh wore a black vest over a hooded black sweatshirt with light Versace shorts and black Converse Chuck Taylor High Tops.The Oscar winner has had a difficult time over the past few years, from undergoing preventive surgery in 2015 to remove her ovaries and fallopian tubes after a cancer scare to splitting with her husband Brad Pitt in 2016.Over the weekend, Angelina confessed she hasn't always felt strong during this time. Speaking to E! News, she explained: 'I'm like everybody and... especially these last few years haven't been the easiest, and I haven't felt very strong. 'There's something when you're not feeling very strong, where you push yourself', she bravely added.
However, the Tomb Raider actress insisted that the training she is doing for her role as Thena in the new Marvel movie The Eternals is helping her to push herself to be strong.She added: 'Sometimes you really feel low and you gotta pull it back up. Right now, for Thena, I'm having to do so much training and she's so positive, so healthy and she's so aggressive that I'm often like, "This is not gonna work." 'But, you gotta push yourself. And I'm so grateful that I have the opportunity to play these kind of characters, that pull out every bit of strength I have and that remind me that I can be strong.Angelina also revealed that her children have been getting involved in the training. She said: 'Some of them have been around in doing [training].'My son Knox does some weapon [training] and karate. I've been jumping into all of their classes. I'm the mom that keeps trying to show up. But it's been fun and really good.' Angelina has a pair of high-profile films on tap: Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, which co-stars Elle Fanning and Michelle Pfeiffer; and The Eternals, the Marvel Universe ensemble that puts her in a cast including Salma Hayek, Gemma Chan, Richard Madden, Kumail Nanjiani and Kit Harington. She said of co-star Elle at the industry event, 'I love her, I feel very, very close to her,' according to Entertainment Tonight.She also revealed that she'd just learned that Game of Thrones star Kit was cast in the The Eternals, a day after Marvel Studios announced the actor had involvement in the project at the expo.'I still think we're seeing each other behind the scenes, like, "Did you hear?"' she said.
