In an interesting turn of events it has been revealed that George Clooney has invited Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie for his wedding. Clooney is reportedly going to exchange the vows with the established British lawyer Amal Alamuddin in September. The legendary actor has invited all his friends to his big day including the former couple Jennifer and Brad.Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston were married for five years before they called it quits in 2005. Pitt has been with Jolie since then and Aniston is said to be dating Justin Theroux. Since their separation, the estranged couple have purposely avoided running in into each other."Brad and Jen's publicists have worked really hard to avoid awkward run-ins over the years, but now they're figuring out the best way to stage manage George's wedding," MalayMail Online quoted a source from British magazine Heat, adding, "George is close to Jen and Justin [Theroux, her fiancé] and spent New Year with them in Mexico. He thinks it's about time Jen just does the inevitable and sees Brad and Ange face-to-face."Clooney and Pitt shared a close and strong friendship bond. It was also being said that Pitt would be Clooney's best man at the wedding. However, buzz has that Matt Damon will be Clooney's best man."A lot of people thought Brad was a certainty to be George's best man as they have been such good friends for years. But he is probably even closer to Matt," a source said British newspaper The Sun as per the Web site.Meanwhile, Pitt and Aniston have always maintained that they are good friends and have been in touch since the divorce. However, the two have never been seen crossing each other's' paths on any public occasions.Apparently, since Clooney announced his engagement, Aniston has feared that she finally has to face her ex-husband and his partner Jolie, according to reports.There is no official confirmation in regards to Clooney and Amal's wedding date yet.

Box Office: Angelina Jolie’s ‘Maleficent’ Targets $60 Million-Plus Opening

The Angelina Jolie-starrer “Maleficent” looks to be beneficent for Disney at the box office.The live-action “Sleeping Beauty” reboot is on track to open to north of $60 million on May 30, according to early estimates. The $175 million-plus production needs to do strong business overseas to see a profit.“Maleficent” comes on the heels of “Frozen’s” mega success and thereby revived interest in Disney princess movies. It also follows several other Disney re-imaginings: 2010′s “Alice in Wonderland” and last year’s “Oz The Great and Powerful.” Both of those movies were box office hits, although “Oz” underperformed overseas. “Maleficent” would need to match “Oz’s” $493 million worldwide cume to make an impact.Meanwhile, “Alice in Wonderland” bowed to a record-breaking $116 million and went on to haul over $1 billion worldwide. But that VFX-heavy Disney fantasy pic was bolstered by the brand value of Tim Burton and Johnny Depp.Although Jolie has star power, it hasn’t translated to box office gold for quite some time. She’ll be back in front of the camera after taking time off from acting to focus on directing. Her last two starring roles in 2010′s “Salt” and “The Tourist” (co-starring Depp post-”Alice in Wonderland”) both disappointed financially.Jolie’s startling transformation into the titular evil fairy who places the sleeping curse on princess Aurora (whose younger version is played by Jolie and Brad Pitt’s daughter Vivienne) has generated much buzz throughout the promotional campaign.
The bigscreen fairytale adaptation co-stars Elle Fanning (the older Aurora), Sharlto Copley and Juno Temple.“Maleficent” director Robert Stromberg was partly responsible for “Alice” and “Oz’s” success as their production designer, but he’s new to the directing world. Stromberg will make his directorial debut after stepped in to replace Burton, who left the helm because of scheduling conflicts.Unlike “Alice” and “Oz,” which launched in the less crowded month of March, “Maleficent” faces off against several summer blockbusters. It’s opening on the same day as Seth MacFarlane’s “A Million Ways to Die in the West.” Even though MacFarlane’s R-rated pic appeals to a different audience than the PG movie, “Million Ways to Die” could reach a wider-than-anticipated audience following the success of “Ted.”Disney also faces heavy competition from Fox as “Maleficent” is bowing a week after “X-Men: Days of Future Past” and a week before Shailene Woodley’s “The Fault in Our Stars.” “Godzilla,” which had the year’s second largest opening, will likely still be making a killing then.“Maleficent” seems to be more on par with Universal’s summer blockbuster “Snow White and the Huntsman,” which opened to $56 million on the same weekend in 2012 and earned $397 worldwide. Like “Maleficent,” the $170-million production told a classic Disney tale through from the female villain’s point of view.The film has a day-and-date release in most major territories, but won’t bow in India, Japan or Mexico until early July. It will be released in the U.K. and Italy on May 28 — two days ahead of its U.S. launch.

Longtime humanitarian and actress Angelina Jolie has long been asked about her political ambitions, and the question came up again during a recent Good Morning America interview with George Stephanopoulos. The anchor recalled the Maleficent star telling him in 2005 that she had too many skeletons in her closet."I wonder if by now my skeletons are out?" Jolie said laughing. "They're probably all out. I don't know if I have any left!" The mother of six with longtime partner Brad Pitt does admit to having interest in holding office, but only in the right conditions. "If I thought I'd be effective, I would," she continued. "But I'm not sure if I'd ever be taken seriously in that way and be able to be effective." Jolie has taken numerous trips abroad for humanitarian work, spent more than a decade as the Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees before being promoted to Special Envoy, and has adopted three of her six children from developing nations.

Angelina Jolie is lashing out at celebrity moms like Gwyneth Paltrow who complain about how difficult it is to be a working parent. Angie, a mother of six, admits that Hollywood moms have it so much easier than everyday moms and have no room to say otherwise.Angelina Jolie, 38, is tired of hearing other celebrity moms complain about how hard it is to be a working mom. The actress and mother of six admits that she knows how easy she has it, especially since she does not have to worry about feeding her children, or providing them with appropriate health care. Are you tired of hearing celeb moms complain about how difficult they have it?Gwyneth Paltrow enraged mothers everywhere she told E! that they have it easier than someone like her, an A-list celebrity actress and mother of two.Here’s what the mother of two said:“I think it’s different when you have an office job, because it’s routine and, you know, you can do all the stuff in the morning and then you come home in the evening. When you’re shooting a movie, they’re like, ‘We need you to go to Wisconsin for two weeks,’ and then you work 14 hours a day and that part of it is very difficult. I think to have a regular job and be a mom is not as, of course there are challenges, but it’s not like being on set.”
Well, Angelina disagrees, and she made sure to let everyone know her stance on the topic during an interview with the New York Post.
