ANGELINA Jolie had three ‘magical’ tattoos placed onto her back in Thailand to symbolically bind her to husband Brad Pitt – just months before they split up.The actress and her former husband had a shock split last year after twelve years together – but back in February 2016, Angelina was so sure of her marriage that she had a tattoo tying her with Brad in a symbolic way.While on a break from filming First They Killed My Father in Cambodia, Angelina spent time with her family in Thailand where former monk Ajarn Noo Kanpai inked three intricate tattoos onto her back.The Sak yant tattoos were added to her skin using a series of steel rods mounted with a surgical steel needle – a painful process that is said to be more accurate than a modern day tattoo gun.Brad, who was in the city with her, added to his own tattoo collection and had a Buddist symbol tattooed to the left of his stomach – using the same ink as his wife to “symbolically bind them” as husband and wife.Ajarn’s tattoos are said to be increasingly popular with celebrities including Cara Delevigne and Michelle Rodriguez, and cost thousands of dollars to be done.They are said to protect those who own them.However, just a few months later, Brad and Angelina announced their plans to divorce one another after a twelve-year relationship and two year marriage.The 41-year-old actress split from the 53-year-old actor last September, but speaking to Good Morning America in February, the star insisted that they will “always be a family” when it comes to their six children.The pair have three adopted children - 15-year-old Maddox, Pax, 13 and Zahara, 12 – as well as threw biological children, Shiloh, 10, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 8.It has previously been reported that Brad had an altercation with Maddox on board their private jet shortly before the split.An investigation into Brad’s parenting was launched as a result – however all allegations were dropped after no evidence to support the claims were found. Reports now claim that in order to gain access to the children, Brad must undergo regular drug and alcohol screenings.She added: “Many, many people find themselves in this situation.“My whole family have all been through a difficult time. My focus is my children, our children and my focus is finding this way through.“We are and forever will be a family and so that is how I am coping.“I am coping with finding a way through to make sure that this somehow makes us stronger and closer.”

She's navigated one of Hollywood's most high profile divorces with as little impact on her six children as possible.And Angelina Jolie was this time guiding her brood through the busy streets of London on Sunday as she treated them to new toys from Hamley's gift store.The matriarch, who split from husband Brad Pitt in 2016, proved the ultimate model mum as each of her children clutched a possession from their family day out. Brandishing her ring-free hand, the actress lead Shiloh, 10, and Vivienne, eight, at the front of the group, while grown-up Zahara, 12, looked after Knox, eight, at the back.With moviestar good looks and impeccable complexion, mother-of-six Angelina stood out on the busy streets of the British capital, even top-to-toe in black.She was dressed in stylish flared trousers, with a lace slip peeping out from her open coat.Her look was even complete with dark nails and her raven locks left loose and glossy around her shoulders. Her first divorce was finalised in 2003, and in mid-2005, she adopted Zahara from an orphanage in Addis Ababa.Angelina and Brad welcomed their first biological child, Shiloh, in 2006 and she adopted Pax from Vietnam in 2007, when he was three years old.In 2008, Angelina gave birth to the couple's biological twins, Knox and Vivienne, in the south of France.
Six years later, Angelina and Brad married, but after two years of matrimony and 12 as a couple, the pair made the shock decision to split last autumn.The divorce turned out to be one of Hollywood's most acrimonious, Angelina's camp initially took aim at Brad very publicly, and she cited the 'health' of her family in their divorce, last September.Brad and 15-year-old Maddox were allegedly involved in an altercation on board the family's private plane, in which it was believed that Brad was angered by Maddox leaping to the defence of his mother.The incident was later investigated by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, who determined there was no reason to press any charges or keep Brad from seeing his children. It has been a long time since Disney's "Maleficent" hit the theaters, yet it remains to be one of the most memorable films yet, probably because it shifted the focus from the supposed protagonist to the initially thought villain, showing a deeper side to her. As such, fans are clamoring for a sequel to the movie, and it looks like the main character herself is considering her return.Many are hoping that Angelina Jolie reprises her role as Maleficent once more in the sequel.According to The Hollywood Reporter, Angelina Jolie is pondering on many acting roles this year, and one of them is reliving her role as the powerful yet kind fairy turned bad and then turned good again for "Maleficent 2." Although she has not officially confirmed this yet, it is obviously going to be met with jubilation from a huge crowd of fans.This was not the first time that Jolie was rumored to accept the role for the sequel. The Wrap has also mentioned that Linda Woolverton, who created the script for the first film, is going to write the second movie's script with the expectation that Jolie will be there again. There is no deal in place yet, however.The question on everyone's mind is this — how likely is Jolie to reprise her role? It can be recalled that she is very nitpicky when it comes to doing sequels, declining the offer for both "Salt" and "Wanted," which is probably because of what happened to the Tomb Raider franchise. If she accepts, however, then this will be a first after a very long time.She did, however, tease in the past that she could take up her staff once more, although she admits it is going to be difficult. In her first interview since since filing for divorce from Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie only had very nice things to say about her estranged husband.Jolie even referred to Pitt as a wonderful father while speaking last month to the BBC.But a new report suggests that Jolie isn't about to gush in a similar manner over Amal Clooney, not based on how Angelina truly feels about George's better half.According to Life & Style insiders, Pitt and Clooney may be long-time, close friends who have worked on multiple movies together... ... but they were scarcely on speaking terms just a few months ago as a result of Jolie's beef with the successful human rights attorney."Angie couldn't stand being around Amal," an insider explains, looking back on the days of when the two couples would hang out."Not because Amal was unkind or rude, but solely because Angie was filled with envy."Jolie, who doesn't have the best reputation on the planet, made no secret of her jealousy either, this same source claims.Angelina reportedly refused to see the Clooneys, while making negative comments about Amal to mutual friends."Angelina would even knock Amal's looks and fashion sense," the tabloid writes. "Amal seemed to ignore it, but George didn't want to sit by and watch his wife get cut down."
