Angelina Jolie has been enjoying some quality time with her six children at home during quarantine.And the three-time Golden Globe winner has frequently been seen getting her kids out of the house to help her run errands.She put on an effortlessly chic display Sunday in an oversized black overcoat, as she stepped out for some grocery shopping with her son Knox at Target in Los Angeles.The 45-year-old layered the jacket over a matching black top with black pants and a pair of black leather booties.She took precautions against COVID-19 in a black face mask, as she walked with Knox, 12, who pushed their cart.Jolie also shares sons Maddox, 19, Pax, 17, daughters Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 14, and Knox's twin Vivienne, 12, with ex-husband Brad Pitt, 57.The once Hollywood power couple began dating after their 2005 film Mr. & Mrs. Smith, and they finally got married in August of 2014, before filing for divorce in September of 2016.Pitt reportedly spent Christmas Eve with their three biological children Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne (Maddox, Pax and Zahara were adopted).'They can spend the night with him on Christmas Eve,' a source told Us Weekly last month, adding that the exes' 'egos have once again derailed' plans to spend the holiday together as a family.The insider added: 'Brad and Angelina are equally responsible for the never-ending drama. Sadly, their children are collateral damage.' Another source told Page Six that the situation is 'not that simple': 'Every holiday, every birthday, someone always leaks the same thing about Brad and his supposed plans to see the kids, like the pizza party for Shiloh's birthday this year — and it seems like there's never any truth to it.' And although the court restored them to single status back in April of 2019, unresolved issues in their custody battle 'are still raging.'

365 days ago, Gossip Cop confronted a story about Angelina Jolie adopting a seventh baby. We debunked the story at the time, but now that there’s been plenty of time to plan an adoption, we’re checking in to see if the Wanted star became a mother of seven. Let’s take a look back on that story to see how we did.
Seventh Celebration? According to The Globe, Jolie had wanted to adopt a seventh child for a long time but was waiting for her divorce from Brad Pitt to finalize. “Now that the settlement's in the final stages - and she's confident it will be done and dusted any week now,” Jolie was focusing on adoptions. With her eldest song Maddox off to college, Jolie was “already feeling empty-nest symptoms” and was now, with Pitt powerless to stop her, about to “do what she wants.” Gossip Cop busted this story at the time because it was an extremely common rumor. This very tabloid ran a very similar story a few months earlier about Jolie’s kids encouraging their mother to adopt a seventh child. A source close to Jolie assured us Jolie had no plans to adopt another baby, so we busted the story.
Did She Adopt Another Child? Contrary to what this bogus source said, the divorce was not in its “final stages,” and was not cleared up in a matter of weeks. The divorce and subsequent custody battle are still ongoing. This means it’s still technically possible Jolie could adopt a child to celebrate her divorce, but that’s assuming this story was ever remotely true.A full year has passed since this story and we haven’t heard a peep about it since. Jolie did not end up adopting another child, so this story was obviously made-up. The Hackers star’s year included work on The Eternals and her slow-moving divorce with Pitt.
Not The Final Bogus Story. Jolie is a favorite target of Globe, so she’s often at the center of bogus stories. It claimed her kids, whose ages range from 12-18 mind you, were irritating the neighbors with their unwatched behavior. Jolie lives on a massive estate, so it’s far-fetched to think the teenagers could be loud enough to annoy the neighbors. We also busted its story about Jolie prowling for women to celebrate being single. This wasn’t the last time the custody battle was written about either. It claimed Jolie was using witchcraft to help her win custody and said she was starving herself over Pitt. Jolie is using lawyers, not witchcraft, to win her custody battle. The starvation narrative is a common one with Jolie, but that doesn’t make it true. This tabloid clearly has no legitimate insight into Jolie’s life as she hasn’t died of starvation, nor has she adopted another baby.

She's never too far from her family.And Angelina Jolie bundled up in a winter coat while fitting in a little last minute shopping with her daughter in Los Angeles on Sunday.The 45-year-old actress sported a chic jacket and a face covering while popping in and out of the shops at The Grove off Fairfax Avenue.Angelina stayed warm in the brisk Southern California weather wearing a long black duster paired with black leather knee-high boots.She carried a black leather Valentino purse across her shoulder and tied back her dark brown hair into a loose ponytail.Jolie added a touch of flair to her otherwise monochrome ensemble with a polka dot scarf fashioned into a face mask. Often it will be strangers who help. Or other victims, support groups, or faith groups.' The Oscar-winner stressed that 'above all,' women need to 'be careful' depending on the situation they are in. 'Only you really know the danger you are in, and until you find your support outside, you may feel quite alone,' said the Come Away star.She said that for people who are confided in about abuse, people should 'take it seriously and stand by them, listen to them' and not 'judge them.
