After recently going under the knife for a double mastectomy, Angelina Jolie is now reportedly scheduled to have her ovaries removed.According to People, the Oscar-winning actress still carries a 50-percent chance of developing ovarian cancer even after the recent surgery.Angelina’s mother, Marcia Lynne "Marcheline" Bertrand, died of ovarian cancer in 2007, which is why Miss Jolie is taking extra precautions for her health and safety.During her recent editorial for the New York Times, the 37-year-old actress explained that she “started with the breasts, as my risk of breast cancer is higher than my risk of ovarian cancer, and the surgery is more complex.” Reports continue that although the “Salt” star is still in her child-baring years, doctors suggest that she have her ovaries removed by the age of 40.
