Is Angelina Jolie flirting with Kit Harington on the set of Marvel’s Eternals? That’s the phony story one of this week’s tabloids is pushing. Gossip Cop has learned it’s fabricated.“Watch Out, Rose! Angie Cozies Up To Kit,” reads a headline in the latest issue of Life & Style. The accompanying article says Harington’s wife, Rose Leslie, should be nervous because Jolie has been getting close to her husband while filming their superhero movie in England. “[Jolie] just can’t help herself,” an alleged insider tells the magazine. “While Kit would never act on it, it is Angelina Jolie. There’s no denying her effect on men.” The supposed source continues, “She has this way of looking at you that makes you feel like you’re the center of the universe.” Naturally, the outlet mentions how Brad Pitt ended his marriage to Jennifer Aniston while working with Jolie on 2005’s Mr. & Mrs. Smith. “Angie’s reputation precedes her, so people on the set are watching her very carefully” adds the questionable tipster. “Rose has nothing to worry about on Kit’s end, but nevertheless, she should watch her back.” The magazine’s article is totally fabricated. It was created to stir up drama simply because Jolie is working with a famous married man. Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to the actress, who assures us the tabloid’s premise is flat-out “ridiculous.” A mutual pal of ours and Harington similarly confirms there’s no truth to it. There’s nothing unprofessional or flirtatious going on between the Eternals co-stars.Unfortunately, given what happened during the filming of Mr. & Mrs. Smith, the tabloids enjoy coming up with this idea that Jolie has set out to steal another woman’s husband. In August, Gossip Cop busted Life & Style’s sister publication, Star, for falsely claiming Jolie had slipped Chris Hemsworth her phone number at Comic-Con, much to the chagrin of the actor’s wife, Elsa Pataky. In January of this year, the same outlet made up an absurd story about Jolie stealing David Beckham from his wife Victoria. Nothing about either scenario was a reality.This isn’t even the first time the tabloids have used the set of Eternals as some sort of place for Jolie to find love. Back in May, Gossip Cop debunked a story about Jolie crushing on co-star Richard Madden. That bogus article was written well before shooting on the Marvel movie had even started.In June, we called out a publication for wrongly reporting Jolie wanted Keanu Reeves to join the cast of Eternals so she could date him. The John Wick star won’t be appearing in the film, but the entire report was baseless regardless. We suppose it was only a matter of time before a tabloid decided to concoct a fake narrative involving Jolie and Harington.

Angelina is playing superhero Thena in the new Marvel movie Eternals, due for release in November 2020.Production is underway in the Dunes of Corralejo, with tents and trailers set up in the stunning Natural Park desert, which boasts 48,000 hectres of land.The actress is set to join Salma Hayek, Richard Madden, Kumail Nanjiani, Scarlett Johansson and Don Lee in the big budget movie.At the panel dedicated to Marvel during San Diego Comic Con, Angelina said: 'I’m so excited to be here! Jolie, who’s currently filming the Marvel movie Eternals, is said to be particularly annoyed by Aniston’s comments. “Angelina is furious that Jen would throw shade at her like that, so now she’s plotting her revenge,” says the suppose source.To get payback, the suspicious tipster says Jolie is “ruthlessly pursuing a movie project” with Theroux, as she “knows that getting close to Justin in a professional setting will drive Jen crazy.” The seemingly phony source adds, “There are a number of projects that Justin is already attached to, and producers would love Ange to come on board. Gossip Cop has debunked many variations of the phony storyline. Here are a few examples.New Idea kicked off the narrative last month with an article about a “romance brewing” between Cooper and Jolie. The magazine maintained that the two had been “enjoying each other’s company,” but didn’t bother to explain what that entailed exactly. The outlet only concocted the article because both stars coincidentally visited Disneyland on August 23. They were at the theme park separately with their kids and didn’t cross paths at all. Still, Gossip Cop checked in with sources close to both stars, who assured us the premise was nonsense.Just a few days later, In Touch made up a story about Jolie being “on a mission” to date Cooper. According to the outlet, the two stars did supposedly meet each other at Disneyland, and after seeing “how amazing Bradley was with his daughter,” the actress couldn’t “stop thinking about him.” Unsurprisingly, the outlet felt the need to drag Lady Gaga into the equation, insisting she was going to “hit the roof” if Cooper started dating Jolie.Nothing about the article was remotely true. As Gossip Cop noted at the time, both Cooper and Jolie were photographed separately at Disneyland, but there were no shots of them together. If they had truly spent time interacting at the theme park, someone would have noticed. An individual in Jolie’s camp also dismissed the idea that she was pursuing a romance with the actor. Separate individuals connected to both Cooper and Jolie laughed off the ridiculous story. As we’ve already stated, the two stars just don’t know each other. This crazy saga was created because both A-listers are currently single, and just so happen to enjoy taking their kids to Disneyland.
