              Amid Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's heated custody battle over their six children together, the two recently reached an interim custody arrangement, a source close to the situation tells ET. According to the source, Jolie and Pitt had a planned custody hearing, though it was no longer necessary after reaching the agreement. At this time, there are not details on the specifics of the agreement.The source says, “The interim arrangement was agreed upon by both parties after it was recommended by their custody evaluator.” “There was no longer a need for the hearing,” the source adds. Additionally, the source tells ET that “Angelina is enjoying the last few days of summer before school starts,” adding, “she is helping the children heal with their father.” A second source tells ET that an interim agreement has been in place for a while, and a more permanent custody deal has yet to be decided. “Nothing has changed,” says the source, adding that the estranged couple is trying to be “amicable for the children.” ET has reached out to reps for both Jolie and Pitt. Jolie and Pitt's custody battle made headlines again earlier this month, after the 43-year-old actress accused Pitt of not paying any "meaningful" child support for a year and a half in a court filing, and said she is planning to get a court order mandating that he pay it. Pitt's lawyers filed their response one day later, and in court papers obtained by ET, Pitt denied that he hasn't paid any significant child support and claimed that he'd paid Jolie over $9 million since their September 2016 split. "Respondent has previously loaned Petitioner $8.0 million to assist her in purchasing her current residence and has paid over $1.3 million in bills for the benefit of Petitioner and the minor children," the documents read.Pitt's lawyers also took shots at Jolie and her lawyers, writing that Jolie's lawyers previously made no mention of any child support issues and that the sudden effort to schedule a hearing on the subject is "calculated to increase the conflict." "Petitioner's Request is unnecessary, omits material information and is a thinly-veiled effort to manipulate media coverage," the court filing reads.  But in a statement to ET, one of Jolie's lawyers, Samantha Bley DeJean of the Law Offices of Bley and Bley, said that Jolie's request for child support "was both legally appropriate and factually accurate in all respects." Jolie's spokesperson, Mindy Nyby, also told ET in a statement at the time that the actress actually just wanted to move the divorce process forward with her new court filing. “The aim of Angelina’s routine court filing is to provide closure to the marriage in a way that clears a path toward the next stage of their lives and allows her and Brad to recommit as devoted co-parents to their children," the  statement read. The recent court drama came after Jolie was ordered by a judge in June to help repair her children's relationship with 54-year-old Pitt. According to the court documents obtained by ET at the time, the actor will now get more time with five of his children --  14-year-old Pax, 13-year-old Zahara, 12-year-old Shiloh and 10-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne -- over the summer, while 16-year-old Maddox, "because of his age and maturity," can determine how much time he wants to spend with his father. A separate source recently told ET that Jolie and Pitt are “far from the finish line” when it comes to their ongoing divorce. "Angelina loves her children and wants the best for them," the source said. "The trouble is she feels the best scenario for the kids is for her to have sole custody. She is prepared to do what it takes to get what she wants. .... Everyone involved has tried to explain to Angelina that having two parents in their children's lives is healthier in the long run, but she does not see it that way."  "Brad and Angelina have been encouraged repeatedly to settle this divorce amicably for the children's sake, but Angelina's expectations have actually slowed the process and have affected everyone involved," the source continued.

         Angelina Jolie is not marrying an English billionaire, despite a completely false tabloid cover story. Gossip Cop can debunk the bogus report. The actress isn’t preparing to walk down the aisle again anytime soon.According to In Touch, Jolie is eager to finalize her divorce from Brad Pitt because she wants to be free to wed a “British philanthropist” who she’s supposedly dating. An alleged insider tells the magazine, “She thinks she’s found a real winner in husband No. 4. Angelina really feels she hit the jackpot with her Englishman.”The supposed source goes on to say that Jolie is very impressed by the philanthropist’s dedication to helping others, as well as his massive fortune. “With this billionaire, money will never be an issue,” adds the alleged tipster. “Who knows – maybe she’s doing Maleficent 2 because she has to do it.”The questionable insider further contends that Jolie was introduced to the Englishman “by a mutual friend in the human rights community,” but the two have “done their best to keep their relationship discreet.” Tellingly, the outlet doesn’t mention exactly when and where the actress met her supposed suitor. Nor does it furnish any details about him, including his name, physical attributes or age.Meanwhile, it’s alleged that Pitt isn’t happy about the situation because “he’s dead set against her new man being involved in the kids’ lives.” The “source” adds, “Brad feels strongly that he is the kids’ one and only father. He’s trying to repair his relationship with them. The last thing he needs is a billionaire who wants a trophy wife swooping in.”
        “Even as [Angelina] continues to fight Brad, she’s excited to marry someone who can provide for her and her children,” continues the seemingly nonexistent insider. “She didn’t expect to fall for someone so soon after splitting up with Brad. But she did. The fact that he’s a billionaire is icing on the cake.” Only, Jolie has never been spotted with any mystery men and spends almost all of her time with her six children, so the tabloid’s article lacks all logic. People magazine, a much more reliable celebrity news outlet than In Touch, reported a few months ago that Jolie “is absolutely not seeing anyone and will not be.” The outlet further noted, “She has no interest in dating at all.” E! News backed up the report by also confirming that Jolie is “not dating” and is “very focused on her kids.”Additionally, the tabloid has recycled this phony narrative several times. Last November, Gossip Cop busted the magazine for falsely claiming that Jolie was planning a “secret wedding” with a “British philanthropist and businessman.” In May of last year, the outlet made up a story about Jolie having a wedding in Cambodia with the alleged mystery man.And just one month prior, Gossip Cop debunked the magazine’s article claiming Jolie was getting married to her “wealthy British boyfriend.” It’s becoming very clear that this man doesn’t exist and there’s no wedding on the horizon. The tabloid’s latest take on the ongoing narrative is more nonsense.

        She's been locked in a bitter divorce battle with ex Brad Pitt for two years as they fight over custody of their six children.But since returning to Los Angeles from London with the kids, Angelina Jolie has been proving herself to be a hands-on and doting mom.On Tuesday, the Maleficent actress, 43, was spotted out shopping with her two eldest daughters, Shiloh, 12, and Zahara, 13, as she appeared giddy and happy - beaming and laughing as they strutted their stuff.With her mind far from her legal woes, Angelina enjoyed her time with her two daughters, who looked equally pleased to be hitting the town.The trio were stylish in black ensembles. The Maleficent star opted for a low-cut dress with a floaty skirt and patterned cape bodice.Jolie wore her hair tied back from her face and sported over-sized sunglasses and diamond stud earrings. She went bare-legged in shiny pale pink heels and carried a black purse with gold clasp.Shiloh wore her favorite gray cargo shorts paired with a Billy Joel Stadium Tour baseball jersey over a white tee. The teen stepped out in flip flops and wore her cropped blonde hair with an off-centre parting. Zahara's hair was styled into a bun on top of her head. She was dressed in a short-sleeved top and sweatpants along with trainers.

Pitt countered by asking for joint custody.Their divorce battle recently exploded in public with Jolie accusing her ex of being a deadbeat dad and Pitt revealing he has paid millions of dollars to the actress including money to buy a new home in LA. On Monday, sources revealed exclusively to MailOnline that Jolie is hoping to find an amicable resolution to her divorce from estranged husband. A source close to the star told MailOnline that Jolie's 'anger is dissolving' and far from an emotional war being on the cards, she now wants to reach 'a peaceful truce' with Brad - but only 'if his side are keen.'
