Angelina Jolie says the judge in her custody case with ex-husband Brad Pitt has 'refused to hear the minor teenagers' testify to their wishes in regards to their 'custody fate,' saying that she's being denied 'a fair trial' in the process.The 45-year-old actress submit docs to California’s Second District Court of Appeal Monday in an effort to disqualify Judge John Ouderkirk from ruling over the case, the AP reported Tuesday.In the court docs, lawyers for the Maleficent actress said the judge's 'has failed to adequately consider ... input as to their experiences, needs, or wishes,' which is in violation of a state legal code that allows minors 14 to 17 to testify.Jolie and Pitt, 57, are parents to six kids, five of them minors: Maddox, 19, Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 14 and twins Vivienne and Knox, 12.The Oscar-winner's legal team told the appellate court that the judge has neglected to let her submit to the court evidence that speaks to the safety and well-being of the minors, which is 'evidence critical to making her case.'Jolie filed for divorce in 2016 - citing the 'the health of the family' - in the wake of a conflict on a private flight from France to Los Angeles in which she accused Pitt of behaving abusively to son Maddox, who was 15 at the time.The Academy Award-winning actor faced no charges in connection with the incident amid probes from the FBI and social services.Pitt's legal team fired back, saying that the presiding judge 'has conducted an extensive proceeding over the past six months in a thorough, fair manner and reached a tentative ruling and order after hearing from experts and percipient witnesses.' Pitt's camp said that testimony Jolie delivered to the court 'lacked credibility in many important areas, and the existing custody order between the parties must be modified, per Mr. Pitt’s request, in the best interests of the children.' The actor's lawyers said more stalling or objecting to the custody agreement 'grave harm upon the children, who will be further denied permanence and stability.' While Jolie and Pitt both initially agreed to Judge Ouderkirk as a private judge to keep the details of the case sealed, she has since said that the judge has a conflict of interest amid business dealings he has with one of Pitt's lawyers.Jolie said she will appeal a finalized decision made by Ouderkirk in the case.

In a nod to her home country, Zahara was seen wearing a pair of earrings featuring the colors of the flag of Ethiopia.Zahara is one of six children, including her siblings Maddox, 19, Pax, 17, Shiloh, 14, and 12-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.Meanwhile, Jolie has been locked in a courtroom showdown since she filed for divorce from ex-husband Brad Pitt, 57, in September, 2016 citing irreconcilable differences. The parents-of-six still have not reached a settlement on how to split their multi-million dollar fortunes or the custody of their five underage kids.One of the main assets at stake in the acrimonious divorce case is the former couple's Chateau Miraval vineyard and castle in Correns, France.Brad and Angie bought the property for $67million in 2008 and married there in August 2014.

The first full-length trailer and poster for the Marvel Entertainment movie The Eternals was shared on Monday morning.The cast was seen in the riveting clip as The Eternals, a race of immortal beings with superhuman powers, are seen approaching a beach in their space ship.Angelina Jolie is spotted several times with her long blonde hair, gold headpiece and various outfits and her co-star Salma Hayek also makes an appearance as she explains in voiceover that her people have always looked after those on Earth but only now are 'interfering.' The plot is about the beings - who are often mistaken for the gods of human mythology - that have secretly lived on Earth for thousands of years but make themselves know as they battle the evil Deviants. This is the first movie from Oscar-winning director Chloé Zhao since winning Best Picture and Best Director for Nomadland this year. The trailer begins with humans dressed in rags looking over a rocky cliff with an ocean below.The spaceship, which is wide and brown, starts to hover off the seashore as the locals look up in amazement. 'We have watched and guided. We have helped them progress and seen them accomplish wonders,' Hayek’s Ajak says in voiceover.Humanity is seen in a montage from their early stages to more modern era with big, productive cities. There were also flashes of war.'Throughout the years, we have never interfered — until now,' said Hayek's Ajak. The cast includes Gemma Chan (Sersi), with Jolie, Kumail Nanjiani, Brian Tyree Henry, Lauren Ridloff, Hayek, Lia McHugh, and Don Lee, as well as Game of Thrones vets Richard Madden and Kit Harington. The film will be released in November. This comes after Marvel made a big announcement on May 3 via Twitter.The studio has a collection of new films in the pipeline and several of their projects have landed release dates. There were also fresh clips from some of their most anticipated movies in a fast-paced montage video.Among the highlights, Jolie was seen for the first time in The Eternals.Black Panther 2 was given a title and there was more footage of Scarlett Johansson in Black Widow.As far as the release dates, Spider-Man No Way Home will hit theaters on December 17, 2021 and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever on July 8, 2022. The video opens with a scene of a crowd in New York City.Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lily sit next to each other as they are spied in Ant Man.The Avengers is lined up in a quick clip.There is a scene from Black Panther with Chadwick Boseman and Michael B Jordan staring at other and then a crowd scene. Scarlett Johansson pops up several times in Black Widow which comes out July 8; she is seen in black on a motorcycle and also in white.Guardians Of The Galaxy was also included with several quick flashes as a third installment is coming out May 5, 2023.'Share the moments you will remember forever,' it says on the screen.Then the release dates were flashed on the scene.Spider-Man No Way Home is due out on December 17, 2021.Written and directed by Ryan Coogler, who was behind Black Panther, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever has a July 8, 2022 date. Thor Love And Thunder will be out May 6, 2022.Marvel teased that Fantastic Four - directed by Jon Watts - would arrive after Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 3, which hits on May 5, 2023.

Angelina Jolie helped create some buzz around World Bee Day on Thursday.The actress/activist, 45, teamed up with National Geographic to talk about the importance of preserving bees.She also got swarmed by a hive of insects for a breathtaking photograph, which was shot by amateur beekeeper Dan Winters.Angelina wowed while staring straight at the camera with piercing green eyes and smooth, dewy skin.Donning a white off-the-shoulder blouse, she let a group of bees tickle her collarbone and chin.Capturing the one-of-a-kind shot was no easy feat, as Angie revealed how she couldn't bath for three whole days before the photoshoot. 'It was so funny to be in hair and makeup and wiping yourself with pheromone,' the Maleficent actress said.'We couldn't shower for three days before. Because they told me, "If you have all these different scents, shampoos and perfumes and things, the bee doesn't know what you are." '...Then you put a few things up your nose and in your ears so you don't give them as many holes to climb in.''I did have one that got under my dress the entire time. It was like one of those old comedies,' she added. 'I kept feeling it on my knee, on my leg, and then I thought, "Oh, this is the worst place to get stung. It's getting really close." It stayed there the entire time we were doing the shoot. And then when I got all the other bees off, I lifted the skirt and he went away." Angelina - who was just designated the 'godmother' for Women for Bees, a program launched by the United Nation's UNESCO to train and support female beekeeper-entrepreneurs around the world - said it 'just felt lovely to be connected to these beautiful creatures.''You have to be really still and in your body, in the moment, which is not easy for me,' she explained. 'I think part of the thought behind it was, this creature is seen as dangerous sometimes or stinging. So how do we just be with it? The intention is we share this planet. We are affected by each other. This is what it should feel like and it really did, and I felt very honored and very lucky to have the experience.'

Angelina Jolie has a good friend in Hollywood that she has bonded with in recent years.The Oscar-winning actress, 45, is now best friends with Ellen Pompeo, 51, of Grey's Anatomy fame who has three children - Stella, 11, Sienna, six, and Eli, four. - with husband of 14 years, Chris Ivery.'She and Ellen Pompeo have known each other for years but really bonded during [coronavirus] lockdown because their kids are really close,' said a source to UsWeekly.The two have been seen together on the town with their daughters in the past.They have a lot in common: both are over 40 and have had long careers in Hollywood where they started working as teenagers.They also both live in the Los Feliz, California neighborhood which is not far from Hollywood.Jolie's ex Brad Pitt is less than a mile away as well, which makes co-parenting easier. She and Pitt, 57, split in September 2016 after two years of marriage. The actress is giving her focus to her children right now and she couldn't be happier with where she is in her own life. She said: 'Right now, I just want to raise my children well. They are all at those very special ages where you want to not miss a moment.'You do your best to get it right before they are out into the world on their own and having to face everything.'You hope to get all of the good stuff in. I'm the most grounded I've ever been in my life and that allows you to be more free. When you're older, you can tackle bigger things. Life is very full and I complain very little these days. As long as my kids are healthy, I have everything I need.'Angelina believes the key to happiness is being an 'honest person' and a good friend.She said: 'What really gets you through life is being a good friend, making good friends, and being an honest person. If you can go to sleep at night feeling that you've been yourself and you've been straight, you can live clean and be right with yourself. Don't let other people define who you are. The most important thing is to figure out what is uniquely different about you, not how you are like other people. Try to stay with that, be strong and brave and don't let them change you.' She also said she has a 'very long list of nos' when it comes to dating.The Those Who Wish Me Dead actress joked she's been single 'for a long time' because she's so picky about her partners.Asked if she has a list of 'nos' when it comes to finding a new guy to date, she quipped: 'I probably have a very long list [of 'nos']. I've been alone for a long time now.'Although the star can be a worrier, she's thankful she doesn't need to fret about her 'cool' kids because they are all 'very capable'. She told E! News: 'I have six very capable children. Of course you wake up and you just feel like, 'I've got to make sure they're OK. I've got to make sure they're mentally OK,' but honestly I think a few years ago it switched and they're thinking, 'I've got to make sure mom's OK. We're such a team so I am very, very lucky. I'm always the one who worries but I don't worry about them. They're cool people.' Angelina recently admitted playing PTSD-stricken fire fighter Hannah Faber in her new movie Those Who Wish Me Dead - her first action role in over a decade - had been a 'very healing' experience for her. She said: 'I am drawn to people who have been through something and are broken and then find their way forward and overcome it. As an artist, it's very healing to play people like that. She's been very healing for me, because you just get so broken and then you stand back up. [Hannah is] a very broken person who carries a great deal of guilt.'
