Angelina Jolie’s Kids Encouraging Her To Adopt Another Child

Are Angelina Jolie’s kids encouraging her to adopt another child? That’s the story in one of this week’s tabloids. Gossip Cop looked into the scenario and we’ve learned it’s untrue.According to the Globe, Jolie is eager to adopt a seventh kid now that her oldest child Maddox, 18, has left the house and gone off to college in South Korea. “She’s gung ho to expand her family,” says a suspicious tipster, adding that the actress is being coaxed to adopt by her other kids – Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and 11-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.“They’re all for it,” adds the seemingly phony source. “Pax and Zahara are thrilled Angie wants to adopt from a poorer country. Shiloh is all for it because she loves being a big sister already to Viv and Knox, who are also very excited.” From there, the supposed insider says Jolie “favors picking a child from an impoverished region she’s familiar with, like Syria or another part of the Middle East or Africa. The plan is to have a baby in her arms by year’s end at the latest.”The outlet’s report simply isn’t true. In fact, Jolie has adopted so many babies in the fantasy world of the tabloids that she should have around 100 kids in her house by now. Less than a week ago, Gossip Cop busted the Globe’s sister outlet, RadarOnline, for similarly reporting that Jolie was adopting another child now that Maddox has left for college. As we noted, the premise doesn’t make much sense considering that the actress still has five kids living in her house, including two pre-teens.In April, Gossip Cop called out Heat for making up a story about Brad Pitt being furious over Jolie’s plans to adopt another child. The actor wasn’t angry about a nonexistent scenario. Less than year ago, OK! wrongly reported that Jolie was adopting a little boy from Syria. Gossip Cop has corrected so many variations of this narrative that we even dedicated an entire article to wrong rumors about Jolie adopting another baby.Despite how many times we’ve corrected this storyline, Gossip Cop once again checked in with an individual in Jolie’s camp, who assures us it remains untrue. This latest angle involving the actress’s kids encouraging her to adopt is more nonsense. In fact, Jolie gave an interview to Hello! magazine last week and spoke about enjoying motherhood even more as her kids get older. The actress explained, “When they are teenagers you start to remember yourself as a teenager. I’m in this fun moment where I’m rediscovering myself.” The idea that Jolie is “aching” for a baby, as the tabloid puts it, just isn’t true.

And we were vampires and we lived in a dungeon.'Angelina moved on with Brad Pitt, whom she met and fell in love with on the set of Mr. And Mrs. Smith in 2004.They married 19 years later in August 2014 and The Maleficent: Mistress Of Evil star filed for divorce in September 2016.The exes share Maddox, 18, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 11.Meanwhile, Billy Bob secretly tied the knot with Connie Angland in October 2014.

The 44-year-old actress-and-director - who has Maddox, 18, Pax, 15, Zahara, 14, Shiloh, 13, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 11, with former husband Brad Pitt - thinks the next generation need to be "prepared" to tackle global issues but she doesn't just want to educate her own children about it.Asked about values she teaches her children, Angelina told Britain's HELLO! magazine: "Kindness - to others and themselves. It's important to be humble - know the freedoms you have and what you've been blessed with and make sure you help others. And always remember your place - we're all human and very flawed. We're tiny pieces in a much bigger world."As they grow up, I find my children are strong individuals but still open-minded. I try to lead by example and be kind and gracious, as my mother was - and loving and tolerant. But when there's a fight that needs to be had, get in there. We need to prepare the next generation because there's so much happening in the world - they're up against it."I'm working on a programme for children with the BBC. We're counting on our children so we must give them the right knowledge and support."We've made a lot of advances and mistakes - we need to be honest and educate them about the world. And Angelina is also working on a factual book for children about their rights. She added: "I'm also working on a book about kids' rights with Amnesty. It's written for children."Often we can encourage children to know their rights and speak out, but in parts of the world they're hurt or jailed for doing so."We have to be realistic and give children the right tools and information."
