Brad Pitt is 'missing his kids' over the holidays and feels Christmas 'won't be the same' if he cannot have any time with them, amid his legal battle with their mother Angelina Jolie. The former couple share three biological children - Shiloh, 18, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 16 - as well as their adopted children Maddox, 23, Pax, 21, and Zahara, 19. 'Brangelina' went public as a couple in 2006 and married in 2014 before splitting in 2016, triggering a bitter feud in the courts over property and child custody. Pitt is said to be estranged from his children, a number of whom have legally dropped his surname, most recently Shiloh after she turned 18 this May. Pax was then involved in a motorcycle accident in July and Pitt was reportedly unable to even visit him in the hospital. Now, with Pitt's 61st birthday approaching on December 18 and Christmas arriving shortly thereafter, he is said to be feeling the sting of the separation especially acutely. 'Brad is missing his kids and wishes he had a closer relationship with them, particularly with celebrating the holidays and his birthday this month,' a source informed Page Six. He is currently two years into a romance with jewelry executive Ines De Ramon, 31, who was previously married to The Vampire Diaries star Paul Wesley. Pitt is said to be 'thankful he has an amazing partner,' whom the source described as 'supportive,' adding that 'Brad is looking forward to ringing in the new year with her.' In May of this year, when Shiloh filed to give up the last name Pitt, an insider had shared: 'Brad feels like Angelina has turned his kids against him.' Last month, Jolie walked the Governors Awards red carpet with Knox on her arm - in a move that a source said Pitt felt was calculated to 'push his buttons' just days after a judge ruled that their legal dispute over their French winery will go to trial. Pitt, 60, and Jolie, 49, infamously fell in love during the making of their 2005 movie Mr. And Mrs. Smith while he was still married to his first wife Jennifer Aniston.
Jolie staunchly insisted that they never engaged in an illicit affair, but only struck up their relationship once Pitt separated from Aniston. Fans around the world began siding with 'Team Jolie' or 'Team Aniston,' as a furor raged over the love triangle with Pitt at its center. Jolie filed for divorce against Pitt in September 2016, after a mysterious dispute on a private plane in the presence of their son Maddox, now 23. Early in the proceedings, the FBI looked into allegations that Brad became 'physical' with Maddox on the jet, but the investigation was closed with no charges filed. Jolie allegedly filed a Freedom Of Information Act request as 'Jane Doe' in 2021 related to the FBI documents about the fateful 2016 plane ride. She is said to have dropped her action against the FBI on September 25 this year, according to legal papers obtained by In Touch magazine. However, in court documents she filed this April in legal dispute over property, Jolie accused Pitt of having been abusive to her 'well before' the plane ride. Amid the collapse of their marriage, Pitt and Jolie plunged into a rancorous custody battle over their six children, four of whom are now adults. Pax suffered a terrifying accident in July of this year when he crashed his dirt bike into a car in Los Angeles while not wearing a helmet. Sources informed DailyMail.com that Jolie was 'by his side in hospital,' while 'Brad is distraught and worried over Pax's accident, but he is unable to reach him.' The accident came four years after Pax unleashed an explosive social media rant calling his father a 'world class a**hole' and a 'terrible and despicable person' who had caused his four younger children to 'tremble in fear.' Jolie and Pitt are also still engaged in a legal conflict over the Chateau Miraval, the winery they shared as a couple in the South Of France. The feud over the property stems from the fact Angelina sold her half to Russian billionaire Yuri Shefler for $62 million in 2021, amid her divorce proceedings. Pitt sued her over the sale, insisting that she was contractually obligated to obtain his consent before offloading her portion of the Chateau Miraval. Jolie has brought up her abuse allegations and the custody battle over the course of her years-long legal feud with Brad over the Chateau Miraval. She has asked Pitt to 'end the fighting' and drop the winery lawsuit against her so that their family can have a chance to 'heal.' However sources told DailyMail.com that Pitt has 'no intention' of dropping the , claiming that Angelina only asked him to do so after she discovered that her case is weaker than she initially anticipated. 'Brad is not going to drop this lawsuit – why would he? This was a very standard business dispute but unfortunately, Angelina has consistently introduced personal elements that are meant for a divorce court,' an insider said. She is currently at the center of a swirl of dating rumors with the British rapper Akala, 41, whom she has been seen with publicly on multiple occasions.

With each look, Angelina teamed the quietly luxurious getup with a pair of glamorous, glossy, black sunglasses. Underneath her square-shaped shades, the Tomb Raider sensation wore a light face of makeup with rosy tones. Her long, blonde-highlighted locks were styled in a lustrous blowout, with the pin-straight tresses flowing down her back and over her chest. She carried her belongings in a small, quilted, dusty gray-blue wristlet. It comes after news broke on Monday that the Hollywood vet has scored a major legal victory against ex-husband Brad.A judge has ruled that the actor must turn in documents and communications which could prove he was abusive towards the actress and their children. The exes are embroiled in an acrimonious legal battle for their French vineyard, Chateau Miraval.
Legal filings reviewed by DailyMail.com show that the paperwork Pitt has been ordered to produce begins the day Jolie claims he abused her on a private plane, which subsequently led to their 2016 separation.Angelina previously accused him of pouring red wine and beer over her and one of the their children while on their private aircraft.Pitt has denied being abusive and was cleared by law enforcement following an investigation – though his ex-wife claimed in filings that his 'history of physical abuse' started 'well before' the plane incident.Despite the ongoing drama in her personal life, Jolie is soaring professionally.Critics have praised her portrayal of opera singer Maria Callas in Pablo Larraín's Maria, which was released in theaters on November 27.The film premiered at the 81st Venice International Film Festival in August and the first trailer was released in October; already the subject of Oscar buzz, it has been described by some critics as Jolie's best work.An IMDB synopsis reads, 'Maria Callas, the world's greatest opera singer, lives the last days of her life in 1970s Paris as she confronts her identity and life.'In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Larrain recalled shooting a specific part of the feature with Jolie that brought him to tears. He said they saved the particularly demanding scene, which required Jolie to sing, for the last day of shooting.'We kept it for the very, very end. We had six-to-eight hours to do that. I operated the camera, so I was close to her, always,' he explained. He continued, 'Angelina had to sing it out loud, with all of her power and humanity. By doing so, I asked her to feel the emotion and feel how broken she was in this moment of joy.'As he witnessed the award-winning actress work, he recalled, 'I was in shock. I was moved to tears as I saw her burning herself to the point that I think it concludes the movie in an operatic way.'

Angelina Jolie has scored a major legal victory against ex-husband Brad Pitt after a judge ruled that he must hand over documents and communications which could prove he was abusive towards the actress and their children. The former A-List couple seem determined to dredge up the past and throw everything they can at each other amid their acrimonious legal battle for their French vineyard. The ongoing dispute has seen the feuding exes attack each other in legal filings ever since Pitt sued Jolie in 2022 for selling her stake in their Chateau Miraval estate, which produces an award-winning sparkling rosé.Legal filings seen by DailyMail.com show that the communications Pitt, 60, has been ordered to produce begins the day Jolie claims he abused her on a private plane shortly before their separation in 2016.She previously accused him of pouring red wine and beer over his ex and one of the couple's children on a private plane.Pitt has always denied being abusive and was cleared by law enforcement following an investigation – though his ex-wife claimed in filings that his 'history of physical abuse' started 'well before' the plane incident.Jolie, 49, asked the court to force her ex-husband to disclose anything between September 14, 2016 to December 31, 2018.That will include emails, texts and other written communications, but nothing between him and his attorneys or therapists. The Maleficent actress filed documents in July claiming that the actor tried to force her to sign an $8.5million NDA to cover up 'years of abuse.'At the same time, her legal team asked that the court compel Pitt to disclose 'private, third-party communications' he had about their family's 2016 plane ride that resulted in Jolie filing for divorce.Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Lia Martin issued the ruling last Monday, after Jolie's lawyers claimed that the documents would prove her claims Pitt tried to make her sign an NDA.She claims that the gag order would have prevented her from speaking out about the alleged abuse, amid a verbal agreement she would sell her half of the winery to Pitt.Jolie's lawyers claim that the documents will prove 'communications concerning abuse, lies to authorities, and years of cover up' on Pitt's part.Pitt's legal team sought for the motion to be denied, claiming the requests were 'wide-ranging and intrusive'.
The actors' lawyers also branded the filing as a 'sensationalist fishing expedition', with sources calling the latest ruling 'irrelevant', as the acter has provided 'so much information already'.Paul Murphy, a lawyer for Jolie, branded the documents as 'crucial evidence' that Pitt has 'fought for years to hide.'In a statement he said: 'His actions harmed Angelina and their children and are central to this case.'But I want to again emphasize that Angelina never wanted any of this. She never pressed charges, she left all their properties, and she is the one who tried to sell him the business in the first place.'To this day, Mr. Pitt has never been held accountable for his actions and has at all times controlled Miraval and the winery, yet he still demands more. She wants this to end, the children want this to end, and Mr. Pitt should focus on healing their family, not pursuing lawsuits.'It comes after Pitt himself scored a major legal victory, with Judge Martin throwing out Jolie's attempt to dismiss the lawsuit.'It's already been ugly but it's going to get even uglier as Angie will insist on retaliating against Brad and trying to settle old more personal scores,' an insider told DailyMail.com.'And it's going to get costlier too – with their legal wrangling already costing both sides millions.'Court filings suggest that the judge has found a basis in Pitt's claims that their original verbal agreement was binding, and Jolie may have violated them when she sold her shares to Russian businessman Yuri Shefler and his Stoli Group in 2021.Pitt's lawyers say that Jolie violated their deal to not sell their stakes in Miraval without both parties' permission. With the dismissal of the three filings, the former A-List couple - who wed at the Provence, Southern France estate in 2014 and split in 2016 – are set to face off in court at the trial next year.Pitt filed the $67million lawsuit against Jolie in 2022, less than a year after the shares were sold.
Jolie faces potential damages claims if she does not undo the deal she made with Yuri Shefler regarding the sale of her Miraval stake. Her frustration over Pitt being awarded joint custody of their children in 2021, suggests the dispute has become highly personal for the pair, going beyond the original business matter.Jolie has also been accused of trying to drive a wedge between her estranged husband and their six kids in the aftermath of their split. Pitt's team claims she believes her deal with Shefler was 'justified' due to the NDA her ex-husband asked her to sign. She was dealt another blow earlier this year after the court ruled, she must produce every NDA that she signed with a third-party over an eight-year period from 2014 - the year they married - to 2022.NDAs have become a key battleground in the dispute over Chateau Miraval after Jolie claims she backed out of their agreement because Pitt asked her to sign one as part of their business deal. She claims that it was an 'unconscionable' attempt by her ex-partner to 'control her' after their split in April 2019, with his lawyers asking LA Superior Court to unwind the sale because of their agreement to not sell to a third party. But Pitts attorneys have argued that Jolie's NDA objection was really just a cover story which she cooked-up to 'rationalize' her betrayal of Pitt by deciding to sell her stake behind his back. The Fight Club star's attorneys also claim that Jolie herself 'weaponized' NDAs, and asked for Pitt to sign a broader NDA just six months later as part of their divorce settlement talks.Pitt's legal team asked in previous filings that she come clean about NDAs she entered into with third parties including staff.Pitt has landed several legal victories in the battle for the winery including a key judgement in Luxembourg which handed him back control of the award-winning vineyard pending further hearings. In March, LA Superior Court rejected the allegations that his suit was 'frivolous, malicious, and part of a problematic pattern.
