She just released her new drama, First They Killed My Father.And actress-turned-director Angelina Jolie cut a chic figure as she arrived to another screening of the film at the Girls Academic Leadership Academy School in Los Angeles on Thursday. The 42-year-old, who directed the film, was the epitome of sophistication in a black pencil skirt and white blouse as she attended the screening alongside the author of First They Killed My Father, Loung Ung.Angelina stepped out with her eyes concealed behind a stylish pair of tortoise sunglasses along with a perfectly styled hairdo. She had a classic taupe purse handy on her arm, and accessorized the head turning look with a pair of pearl earrings. And to finish off the look, the actress gave herself a boost in height with her light beige heels.Angelina was the picture of poise as she approached the school, waving gracefully for fans.Angelina is the director of the recently released drama First They Killed My Father. The film was based on the memoir of the same name by Loung, which was published in 2000 and is about her childhood under the Khymer Rouge regime. First They Killed My Father stars Sareum Srey Moch as Loung. The accomplished actress-turned-director will be releasing another film soon in less than a month.Angelina's next film, The Breadwinner, follows a young girl in Afghanistan who turns to disguising herself as a boy in order to provide for her family after her father is arrested.The animated movie will be released on November 17 and features the voices of Saara Chaudry and Laara Sadiq.

An insider told Star: “In hindsight, they really had nothing in common besides great sex. He’s sat up many nights going over what happened, and he’s analysed it again and again in therapy. He realises his relationship with Angie was toxic from the start.” Brad has reportedly admitted he drank too much while married to Angelina and that their hectic schedules and responsibilities as parents drove them apart. The source added: “Brad’s demons got a hold of him … Ange used to be so exciting. But by the time they had six kids, Ange was so tired that Brad’s needs were put on the back burner.” Brad Pitt has yet to publicly respond to Star's sensational allegations.

But Gossip Cop looked into the unlikely story and we’ve exclusively learned the truth.An article in the latest issue of Us Weekly says Jolie employed a crew of set and costume designers to give her Los Angeles mansion a spooky makeover. “The party is for the kids, but Angie is having some of her pals there too,” says the magazine’s supposed source, who further maintains the actress is organizing the celebration for her children as “a thank-you because she’s been traveling a lot and they’ve been so easygoing.” Of course, it seems very unlikely that Jolie would hire a big Hollywood production team to decorate her house for Halloween, so Gossip Cop was hesitant to believe this story. Our doubts were confirmed after checking in with a source close to the actress, who exclusively assures us it’s simply “not true.” In fact, Jolie and her kids were spotted at a Halloween store in Los Angeles earlier this month picking out their own costumes and decorations. The actress also went shopping at a separate costume shop earlier that week. Clearly, Jolie is handling the festivities on her own.It’s worth noting that Us Weekly is not a reliable outlet when it comes to accurately reporting about the actress. Gossip Cop busted the magazine in August for falsely claiming Jolie and Brad Pitt’s divorce was off. We also previously corrected the tabloid for wrongly asserting Jolie was going to be teaching at Georgetown University. This latest article about the actress hiring professionals to redesign her home for Halloween is similarly untrue.
