Filmfare magazine, a ‘high on Bollywood’ mag has reported that the actress is keen on doing a desi version of Lara Croft. The film will go on floors next year! Miss Padukone is a lot of things starting from an actor to a fashion guru (where she sometimes has her ‘Oops’ moment) to now a producer! We had reported stating how the diva has ventured out from her acting talents into the business aspect of filmmaking by becoming a producer. It is quite an exciting phase for Deepika as not only is she experimenting with her roles but also extending her arms to newer horizons. So just as we speak of how she has taken a new role in her life, that of a producer, no film as such has been undertaken by the actress. For a long time now, she has been considering making a film to be released under her banner. A lot of scripts are also underway and she has been reading a lot of them. However, finally the diva has locked one film, which according to Filmfare, is a desi version of Lara Croft.
