Amal Alamuddin and Angelina Jolie Feuding Over Amal’s Political Views – Why Brangelina Skipped The Clooney Wedding?

Amal Alamuddin and Angelina Jolie were never going to be best friends, but nobody expected them to start a feud either. Well, maybe feud is a strong term for it, but the world’s most famous actress and humanitarian vs. the world’s most famous lawyer (only thanks to marrying George Clooney of course)? Yeah, not buddies. One thing for certain – Brangelina skipped the Clooney wedding and you don’t get a redo on that sort of major statement, do you? Although some silly reports are claiming that Angelina Jolie is threatened by Amal Alamuddin’s success, we find that hard to believe. Angelina’s won an Oscar, was granted honorary Dame status by Queen Elizabeth herself, will probably end up winning a Nobel Peace Prize for the great work she does helping people and is going into politics in the future – why would she be threatened by Amal whose claim to fame is marrying George Clooney? Plus, Angelina Jolie’s always prided herself on being welcoming to women from all backgrounds, and she’s always played nice with people she felt were worthy of her praise and admiration. So basically, is the whole Angelina Jolie/Amal Alamuddin feud being caused by petty jealousy? Yeah, don’t buy it for one second. However, another theory being floated by is that 19:43:08doesn’t agree with some of Amal’s politics, i.e. some of the people that Amal’s represented as a UN lawyer. Some of Amal’s clients have been incredibly controversial, and not necessarily the most popular people on planet Earth. People of this stature have very strong political opinions, and Angelina might have just disagreed with some of Amal’s more overt political sentiments – or heck, maybe she just didn’t like some of the people that Amal repped. Either way, there has to be a better reason than jealousy, right?

Angelina Jolie reportedly put down an $11,000 deposit for one of Ernest Hemingway's typewriters as a wedding present for Brad Pitt this summer.According to TMZ, the 39-year-old's agent initially got in touch with L.A. Police Commission President Steve Soboroff to purchase Tennessee Williams' typewriter. When the collector refused, the two-time Oscar winner decided to pay $250,000 for the 1926 Underwood Hemingway used to write For Whom the Bell Tolls. The American author - who committed suicide in 1961 - won both the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction and the Nobel Prize in Literature during his influential, illustrious career. However, after sending a check from Angelina's company Chivan Productions, the Maleficent star suddenly changed her mind and got her deposit back. But the Oscar-winning producer - who turns 51 next month - seemed to have liked whatever Jolie gifted him as he called their wedding 'an amazing day.' The A-listers known as 'Brangelina' tied the knot on August 23 at their French estate, the Château Miraval, at the urging of their six children - Maddox, 13, Pax, 10, Zahara, 9, Shiloh, 8, and twins Knox & Vivienne, 6.'The children wrote vows and asked us to make promises to each other,' the thrice-married actress said in the December issue of Vanity Fair.'It was very sweet what they came up with. They did not expect us never to fight, but they made us promise to always say, "Sorry," if we do. So they said, "Do you?" And we said, "We do!"...It feels nice to be husband and wife.' In no time, the Hollywood power couple were back at work on the Malta set of their 1970s romance By the Sea, which Angelina wrote and is directing.'A few friends asked if we were crazy,' the three-time Golden Globe winner told the mag.'[A film about] a married couple going through some difficulties...and I’m directing him.' The 'intimate character-driven drama' focuses on a former dancer called Vanessa and her writer husband Roland traveling France together.'It's not a big movie, it's not an action movie,' the Kung Fu Panda actress told Extra in May.'It's the kind of movie we love but aren't often cast in. It's a very experimental, independent-type film where we get to be actors together and be really raw, open, try things.' By the Sea - due out next year - will also feature Brad's Inglourious Basterds co-star Mélanie Laurent.Jolie and Pitt haven't acted together since the 2005 assassin comedy Mr. & Mrs. Smith, which grossed $478 million at the box office. The Counselor star can currently be seen as 'Wardaddy' in WWII flick Fury alongside Shia LaBeouf, Scott Eastwood, and Michael Peña.And the United Nations Goodwill Ambassador's second major directorial effort, a biopic on WWII POW Louis Zamperini called Unbroken, hits US theatres December 25.

The five include the birthdays of her mother, two sisters, step-father and biological dad.Lovato has explained some of her other tattoos including the phrase “now I’m a warrior” on her back. She told Jimmy Kimmel that the song is “very, very meaningful to me…[it] was really difficult for me to write, record and now release.” Lovato has been applauded for such honesty and has become a role model for your girls. During a photo shoot for a Tampax commercial, Lovato told Access Hollywood: “If you live your whole career just singing and just taking pictures and just living in front of everyone, if you don’t use your voice for good, it’s actually a very vain career, [a] narcissistic career, so I want to use my voice for good and I know that I can do a lot other than singing,” she continued. “And that’s what I want to do. That’s what I want to show people.”

Angelina Jolie made his “Unbroken” actor physically sick. Japanese singer-actor Miyavi, who plays the sadistic prison camp leader Mutsuhiro Watanabe in the war drama film, was left sobbing after filming intense scenes.Cast member Angelina Jolie poses at the premiere of "Maleficent" at El Capitan theatre in Hollywood, California May 28, 2014. The movie opens in the U.S. on May 30.The film, which is produced and directed by Jolie based on the novel of the same name by Laura Hillenbrand, is based on the story of Olympic athlete Louis Zamperini, who survived a plane crash in the Pacific, only to be caught by the Japanese during the World War II. Zamperini spent over two and a half years as a prisoner of war in Japanese camps.Playing Watanabe, Miyavi filmed scenes wherein he tortured the prisoners of war, including Zamperini (played by Jack O’Connell). Jolie encouraged him to get into character by immersing himself into the mindset of the prison guard leader who was accustomed to violence.“It was awful torture for me to hate the other actors – I had to have hatred for them,” the 33-year-old pop star told Vanity Fair magazine, as quoted by eonline.com. “When I had to beat them, I had to think about protecting my family. At the same time, I didn’t want to be just a bad guy. I wanted to put humanity in this role. [Matsuhiro] was both crazy and sadistic, but also weak and traumatised.”The torture scenes had Miyavi throw up after, and some of the more violent scenes had him crying nonstop.“It’s a story that is still painful for my country,” he added. “But she [Jolie] told me she wanted to make a bridge between all countries that had conflict. She was very persuasive.”Jolie was also emotional about the film. She watched an early cut of the film with Zamperini before the war hero died on July 2 at age 97.“I was more emotional than he was,” Brad Pitt’s wife previously told Vanity Fair of Zamperini. “I went in to take care of him – and he was taking care of me.”“Unbroken,” which was shot in Australia, also stars Garrett Hedlund, Jai Courtney, Domhnall Gleeson, Finn Wittrock, John Magaro, Luke Treadaway, Travis Jeffery and Alex Russell. It will hit theatres on December 25.
